  5. And then copy-paste the same on your phone; for that you have to previously connect the smartphone with the computer by using the USB cord.
  6. Next, unplug the USB cable and turn off the Nexus 4.
  7. Reboot by holding the Volume Up, Volume Down, and Power buttons together.
  8. Fastboot mode will be displayed, so from there select “recovery” for reaching the same.
  9. From the recovery menu first of all select “wipe data factory reset”, “wipe cache partition” and “Wipe Dalvik Cache”.
  10. Return to recovery by selecting “+++go back+++”.
  11. And the choose “install zip from sd card” and “choose zip from sd card” and flash the superwipe file on your phone.
  12. Re-select “install zip from sd card” and “choose zip from sd card” and pick the update file; install the same.
  13. Then do similar for flashing the Google Apps package.
  14. In case you get a Status 7 error, just go to recovery and select “Mounts and Storage -> Unmount / system -> Yes”.
  15. In the end, from recovery select “+++go back+++” and “reboot system now” and you are done.
Be aware as the first wipe will take longer than you are used too, but there is nothing wrong with your device; it is a normal thing to happen when you are using custom ROMs.
So congratulations, you have succeeded in installing the Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean based MMuzzy Custom ROM firmware on your LG Google Nexus 4. If you don’t like the OS you can reboot into recovery and restore the stock one.
