How to install Sammy Bean JB on your Samsung Galaxy S2 I777 AT&T:

1. Download the custom Jelly Bean 4.1.2 ROM zip from HERE. Save the file on your PC desktop screen and don’t unzip its contents.
2. Connect your smartphone to your PC and then copy the ROM on to its internal SDcard. Disconnect the phone when the zip is copied.
3. Power off your smartphone and then boot it into CWM Recovery mode. It can be done by pressing and holding at the same time Volume Up, Volume Down and Power. Release the buttons only when you’re at the main custom recovery screen.
4. You can choose to create now a Nandroid backup of your current ROM by using the ‘backup and restore’ option. If you already have a backup file then you should skip this step.
5. Select ‘wipe data/ factory reset’ option and confirm this process.
6. Next, select ‘install zip from SDcard’ and then ‘choose zip from sdcard’. Find the Sammy Bean custom ROM zip file and confirm that you want to install it.
7. When the ROM installs you should return to the main recovery menu. Select ‘reboot system now’.
8. Now your phone should restart and it will boot into normal mode. This first boot process with the new ROM shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes to complete.
9. Enter your Google Account details and then begin testing the new ROM.

NOTE: If the custom ROM doesn’t boot after 5 minutes have passed then you should power off the device. Then you should repeat the entire tutorial starting with step 3. Eventually you should be able to flash the ROM at the second attempt.
